My Story in a
Nutshell
Though the roots of Vojnits family go back to Bácska County in historical Hungary — my great-grandfather, Baron István Vojnits de Bácska, served as the Lord Lieutenant of the region — I was born in Debrecen during the final years of a communist regime that had no concept of private ownership or free enterprise.
When the Iron Curtain fell, I had just begun high school. A new world opened before me — and so did a new chapter in our family story.
Since then, I’ve learned Russian, German, English, and Spanish — though today I mostly speak Hungarian, English, and Spanish fluently.
I believe in lifelong learning, driven by relentless curiosity. My academic path has taken me through Budapest, San Francisco, and online platforms — earning degrees and certifications as an economist, commercial manager, certified accountant, business coach, data-driven marketing strategist, medicinal plant expert, and AI manager. Many of these weren’t achieved through traditional academic routes, but through passion and purpose.
I’ve traveled to 16 countries, and lived for extended periods in Hungary, the United States, and Mexico. My professional career began at Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance division in Budapest — and since then, I’ve built and co-founded businesses in six countries, guiding startups and leading international projects. Coaching, however, has been my personal mission since 2009.

I’m a proud father of four daughters. Two of them were born in the U.S., and for the past years, five of us have been living together in a peaceful coastal village in Mexico, surrounded by nature. This is our quiet bay — a place where simplicity meets presence.
